Saturday- In Punxsutawney Pennsylvania for Tom’s birthday

Here are the highlights:

Saturday at 6 am- Nachos and cheese while freezing out butts off waiting for Phil the groundhog.  It was gross but we had been up since 4 am and needed food.  Not too many choices at Gobblers Knob
 

Sat night- Tacos at our neighbor’s house.  Other than the tortillas it was unprocessed.  Also drank black cherry rum… processed.

 

Sun PM- Chips and homemade French onion dip- unprocessed…. Popeyes chicken and biscuit… processed.  You win some, you lose some.
Sour cream, onions, garlic powder.  It was yummmmy.
